Two weeks before the planned treatment, do not sunbathe the area to be treated.
Remember to stop drinking alcohol at least 24 hours before the planned procedure. On the day of the treatment, wash your skin thoroughly and do not use cosmetics such as peeling, balm, olive, body butter, perfume or deodorant. Be especially careful with cosmetics containing shiny particles, such as balms, oils, highlighters or shower gels – particles on the skin will prevent us from performing the treatment.
If you plan to perform the treatment in the afternoon or evening, in the morning of that day you should shave the part of the body that will be subjected to laser epilation. If your treatment is scheduled in the morning, do it in the evening the day before. When shavingbefore the first epilation, remember to leave a small unshaven area (approx. 1 cm²), this will help assess the color and thickness of the hair.
Come for your appointment on time, discuss the most important issues with the beautician, fill out the consent for the treatment and as soon as we confirm that laser hair removal is for you, we will be able to start working!
The treatments are performed by properly trained beauticians with extensive experience, who are at your disposal if you have any questions or doubts.

Yes, you can also perform epilation treatments in the summer. Just remember the basic rule: we do not perform the treatment on body parts that were exposed to the sun 2 weeks before epilation. After the treatment, you should avoid sunbathing for 2 weeks. In the summer and spring period, remember to use a cream with SPF 50. We recommend it all year round, especially in the face, neck and décolleté areas.
Honesty in relationships is important to us, so we tell it like it is: during the treatment, you may feel some discomfort, similar to a prick, which is associated with a feeling of warmth in the hair area. This varies in severity depending on the individual predispositions of each of us.

Purchasing treatments in a package also allows us to offer you a lower price for one treatment. However, sometimes it happens that additional treatments are necessary to achieve the effect you expect. Then you can purchase individual treatments.
One of our top priorities is your safety. Therefore, before you buy a laser epilation package, read the contraindications for laser epilation treatment and possible effects side effects after its implementation. If you have any doubts, make an appointment for free consultation, we will be happy to answer all your questions and We will try to dispel all your doubts! Before waxing, first of all, make sure your hair is of appropriate length – it should be 0.5-1 cm. If your hair is too short, wait until it is long enough. Before waxing, do not apply fatty creams, balms or oils to the part of the body to be depilated. If you decide to have your bikini waxed, use a bidet immediately before the treatment and take care of the hygiene of your intimate areas. Each salon is adapted so that you can do it on-site.
To obtain satisfactory results of waxing, the hair should be between 0.5-1 cm long. If the hair is too short, it will be impossible to remove it thoroughly. However, if they are too long, you may feel unpleasant tugging during the procedure.
The effect of waxing lasts on average about 3-4 weeks and depends on the individual hair growth rate. The durability of the effect may vary on individual parts of the body.
Hair is in different stages of growth and some of it is not visible above the skin at the time of epilation. Therefore, after the first treatments, some hair may appear faster. Regular visits will help even out hair growth.
The skin may be irritated and red immediately after depilation – this is completely natural. However, on the second or third day, when he rests, the redness disappears. After waxing, the skin is nice and soft to the touch.
If irritation persists longer, please contact us by writing to the following address: [email protected] or directly to the salon where you had the treatment performed.
Magic Wax is Time for Wax’s own wax/ It is produced only from natural ingredients. It sticks only to the hair (and not to the skin), so it helps minimize discomfort during the treatment and irritation after depilation. It is especially recommended for bikini hair removal (women’s and men’s) and other small body parts and when:
The standard strip wax used in Time for Wax is the softest strip wax available on the market. It is very effective and is recommended for depilation of large body parts. Strip waxing lasts very little time.
Our experienced beauticians will help you choose between strip wax and Magic Wax during the treatment.
Brazilian hair removal at Time for Wax is a complete bikini hair removal. This type of hair removal is often referred to as full or deep hair removal. Brazilian surgery involves the removal of hair from the pubic mound, labia and anal area.
The classic bikini is the shallowest type of bikini, where only the groins are depilated up to the panty line.
Bikini french is an intermediate version between Brazilian and classic hair removal. It involves depilation of the groin and part of the pubic mound, leaving a vertical strip along its entire length.
Classic and French bikinis do not cover the rear parts of the body.
At Time for Wax, complete bikini removal, covering the front and back (also called full or deep removal) is called Brazilian hair removal. In beauty salons, this type of hair removal is often called Hollywood hair removal.
Before the treatment, we will ask you to use a bidet and refresh your intimate areas. There will be disposable panties waiting for you in the office, which you will remain in for the duration of the procedure. What does Brazilian hair removal look like? The beautician applies the heated wax to a temperature of 37-38°C with a spatula on subsequent parts of the skin, then removes the wax along with the hair. To ensure the comfort of the treatment, the beautician may ask you for help in stretching the skin during depilation, and will also suggest what position you should adopt for safe and comfortable depilation. After the treatment, you can lubricate your skin with olive oil or balm recommended by the beautician.
Applying the wax doesn’t hurt – removing it may be unpleasant, but it’s hard to judge how much. Some people experience the procedure as very painful, others believe that it only causes slight and short-term discomfort. For people who are sensitive to pain, we recommend depilation using our original Magic Wax wax, created specifically for bikini depilation – thanks to its use, pain and irritation are reduced to a minimum.
Waxing is performed on future mothers only if their well-being and health condition allow it. In advanced pregnancy, the matter is very individual. If the future mother depilates throughout her pregnancy and tolerates the procedure well, and the doctor sees no contraindications, she can safely continue depilation. The final decision always rests with the future mother. If you have not used waxing before, you can use this service until the 6th month of pregnancy. After this time, for the safety of you and your baby, waxing is not recommended.
Waxing during menstruation is absolutely possible. There are no contraindications in the medical or “technical” sense. In the case of bikini hair removal, you only need to protect yourself with a tampon and pay special attention to the hygiene of your intimate areas before and after the treatment. However, we advise against depilation during menstruation for people sensitive to pain, because sensitivity to stimuli increases in this phase of the menstrual cycle.
For the sake of your child, we ask that you do not take your child to visit Time for Wax. It’s about safety reasons. We use hot wax in our salons, which poses a danger to your child. Find a moment just for yourself, ask your partner, grandmother, aunt or nanny to look after your baby. Thanks to this, your child will be safe and you will not have to take care of him.
If you are prone to ingrown hairs, pay special attention to skin care before and after epilation. It is particularly important to regularly use a coarse-grained peeling (e.g. Time for Wax Professional coarse-grained sugar peeling), which will effectively exfoliate dead skin and make it easier for hair to break through the skin. For people prone to ingrown hairs, we recommend depilation with our Magic Wax, which will help avoid this problem and reduce irritation.
Men sweat more intensely than women, so it is especially important for them to take care of their hygiene after depilation. They find bacteria in sweat that can cause inflammation of hair follicles. We recommend using antibacterial soap on depilated parts. Men should also remember to avoid the gym, swimming pool, sauna and solarium for the first few days after waxing.
Sometimes people who undergo waxing treatments suffer from inflammation of the hair follicles. This is redness around the place where the hair bulb used to be, which may develop into a pimple or itch over time. Therefore, remember to follow the recommendations after the procedure:
Proper hygiene before and after waxing minimizes the risk of follicle inflammation.
We know that you want to entrust your unwanted hair to us. That’s why we want you to be well prepared and satisfied with the results.
For depilation to be successful, the hair must be between 0.5 and 1 cm long. Don’t feel like measuring yourself? For simplicity, we will write that the hair reaches this length approximately 14 days after the last shaving. So you have to endure it for 2 weeks and you are ready for hair removal.
It is best if you regularly moisturize your skin (creams, balms). Dry epidermis is prone to irritation, redness and even minor wounds.
Before depilation, exfoliate. This will exfoliate the epidermis and make the hairs stand up and be easier to remove.
Do not lubricate the skin with olives or fatty balms or creams, as the wax will be difficult to adhere to the hairs.
Do not use the sauna and solarium.
The beautician may refuse to depilate if she sees that your skin is irritated, the epidermis is torn, or there are visible changes.
Contraindications to hair removal are varicose veins and broken capillaries.
On the contrary! The hair will grow back brighter and finer after each subsequent treatment.
Of course! Our beauticians always use disposable gloves.
After depilation, the skin may be irritated and red. On the second or third day, when the skin has rested, the redness disappears and it is nice and soft to the touch. The effect lasts for about 3-4 weeks, depending on how quickly a person’s hair grows.
Apply the heated wax to a temperature of 37-38°C with a spatula on the part of the body to be depilated, then remove it with a cotton strip. Applying the wax doesn’t hurt – removing it may be unpleasant, but it’s hard to judge how much. Some people find the procedure very painful, others think it is not that unpleasant.
