Some clients only decide to leave the decorative stripe on. How does the hair removal process work? First, all hair from the pubic mound is removed (unless, of course, the client wants to leave the previously mentioned strip). Then the hair is also removed from the labia, groin, space between the buttocks and from the path. If you are coming to us for the first time, the unfortunate truth is that the procedure may be a bit more painful. This is because if you regularly depilated with a disposable razor, your hair grew thicker, harder and stronger. Remember that each subsequent treatment will be much more pleasant. What does Brazilian hair removal look like step by step?
Before starting the treatment, we conduct consultations during which we exclude possible contraindications to the treatment and perform an allergy test so as not to expose our clients to any unpleasantness related to an allergic reaction to the wax. This is a good time to clear up any doubts, so if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask them. Due to the fact that the wax should be applied to clean and dry skin, our clients prepare for the treatment in a specially arranged bathroom: there you will find a bidet, disposable towels, special hygiene fluids and disposable underwear. After washing and drying the leather, do not apply any care products to it so as not to weaken the effect of the wax. The treatment itself lasts from a dozen or so to several dozen minutes and involves applying warm wax with spatulas and removing it with a firm movement against the direction of hair growth. After depilation, you can apply a special balm or oil to the skin to soothe irritation.
Does Brazilian hair removal hurt?
There is no denying it: plucking out hair from the bulbs is not completely painless, especially if you have previously removed hair with a razor. How to care for your skin after Brazilian hair removal?
Immediately after waxing, the skin is silky smooth, but also red and irritated. This is normal, so immediately after visiting the salon, give it time to rest and regenerate – do not expose it to sunlight or contact with salt water, wear looser and airy underwear made of natural materials and use soothing balms. For this reason, we do not recommend performing Brazilian hair removal just before important celebrations or before departure. A safe interval is approximately 2-3 days, although if you are making an appointment for the first time, we recommend keeping a longer interval. After a few days, you can start proper skin care, which involves regular moisturizing and exfoliation. This way you will avoid unpleasant inflammation, irritation and ingrown hairs, which are the nightmare of almost all women who remove hair from their intimate areas. You can also try special preparations that slow down hair regrowth to enjoy smooth skin for as long as possible.
