Not only women but also men who feel discomfort caused by excessive hair decide to remove belly hair. A smooth, perfectly depilated belly looks much better, which translates into better well-being.
Hair can be removed using several methods. One of them is waxing, which is not only safe, but also effective – the hair is removed together with the bulb, thanks to which the effect of smooth skin lasts for up to several weeks. Using home remedies – an electric shaver or razor and shaving foam – is less effective and involves the risk of skin irritation or damage, and the removed hair grows back after just a few days. In addition, they become stronger and more pronounced. Belly waxing does not irritate the skin, and the growing hair becomes thinner and sparser, especially if the treatments are performed cyclically. We recommend treatments at intervals of several weeks, depending on the speed of the appearance of new hair. Regular hair removal guarantees the best results in the long run.

We recommend it primarily to men who are going for waxing treatment for the first time or who are highly sensitive to pain. In Time for Wax salons, we use disposable gloves, sheets and spatulas for applying wax – after applying one portion of wax, the spatula is replaced with a new one. Before the procedure, each office is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
Abdominal waxing – what do you need to know before the first treatment?
If you are coming to us for the first time, please read a few rules that will help your skin be properly prepared for waxing.
For a few days before the procedure, do not use the sauna and avoid intense sunbathing, and the day before your scheduled visit to our office, perform a coarse peeling to remove calloused epidermis. Make sure your skin is well moisturized, but do not lubricate it with creams – too oily skin may reduce the effectiveness of waxing. Check if your hair is the right length. When using liquid strip wax, they should be 0.5 cm long, and when depilating with Magic Wax, the optimal length is 1 cm. Hair that is too long should be trimmed.
Pay close attention to the condition of the skin from which hair will be removed. If you notice any skin changes, unhealed wounds or scabs, wait until your skin returns to normal. After depilation, protect the depilated area with a cream that soothes irritations, do not use the sauna or swimming pool for a few days, and avoid physical activity that increases sweating.
