You can decide to depilate your hands for various reasons – one of the main ones is, of course, aesthetics and well-being in your body. Waxing your hands is a common choice among athletes of all ages, because a smooth body allows you to show off your muscles 😉 However, it is worth knowing that hair removal is also a form of taking care of your hygiene! Come to us and see that slay means smooth 😉
Hands
On the day of the waxing, do not use creams – the skin must be clean and dry before the treatment.

Hands
Wax – smoothness guarantee
Wondering how to get rid of hair from your hands? If you have tried to remove hair with a razor, you are probably already tired of hair coming back just a few days after shaving… Or maybe you have experienced constant irritation, strawberry legs and ingrown hairs? You value a well-groomed appearance – waxing is just for you!
Choosing waxing instead of shaving with a razor is beneficial for many reasons.
- Waxing gives long-lasting results – the hair on your arms disappears for up to several weeks!
- The machine only removes hair from the skin surface – and most often not thoroughly ;). However, wax also removes hair follicles, gradually weakens hair follicles, and regrowing hair becomes rarer and less visible.
- Waxing helps to avoid many skin problems that occur after shaving, such as irritations, cuts and ingrown hairs.
- Wax can improve the condition of the skin! After waxing, the skin is often smoother and looks slightly taut and nourished because wax also removes dead skin cells. In a sense, the wax acts as a good exfoliator 😉

Does waxing your hands hurt?
Unfortunately, we cannot answer this question unambiguously… The feeling of pain during hair removal is completely individual – some clients feel a lot of discomfort, while others feel nothing except a possible tickling 😉 We can only guarantee that with each treatment the comfort during hair removal increases, thanks to the fact that the hairs become rarer and thinner. The rule is simple – the more regularly you depilate, the less pain 😉
How to prepare for hand waxing?
Waxing treatments have the advantage that they do not require much preparation from you. However, if you want to increase the effectiveness of hair removal and prepare your skin for the treatment, it is worth following a few recommendations.
- Your hairs must be 0.5 – 1 cm long.
- The day before the visit, do a thorough peeling – thanks to this, the wax will catch all hairs, including those embedded under the skin.
- Do not use creams on the day of depilation – the skin must be cleansed and dry before the treatment.
- You must come to your first visit with a parent or legal guardian who has consented to the procedure.
So when do we see each other at Time for Wax? 😉
See you soon!
