We are confident that the products purchased from our shop will meet your expectations. However, if they don’t – that’s fine – we fully understand. Therefore, when you buy from our shop you can rest assured that we will accept the return of your order within 14 days of receipt. You don’t need to tell us for what reason, you wish to make a return. However, if you choose to share this information – we would be very grateful. This will allow us to keep improving our offer.

Wondering how to make a return?

  1. You have the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded through the Shop, subject to §10 of the Shop Regulations, within 14 days without stating any reason.
  2. The deadline is calculated from:
  1. the day of delivery of the Goods – for physical products,
  2. the day of the purchase of the Package/Service online – unless their performance has begun before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
  1. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must, in accordance with §10 of the Shop Regulations, inform us of your intention to do so. You may choose one of the following ways to do so:
    a) send us an e-mail at: [email protected]
    b) call us on 22 101 04 07
    c) send us information via the contact form (in the contact section).
    d) use the „return form” – after filling it in and printing it out, send it to Time for Wax sp. z o.o. ul.  Narbutta 82, 02-529 Warszawa.
  1. Pack the Goods you wish to return and send them to our shop to the address Time for Wax sp. z o.o. ul.  Narbutta 82, 02-529 Warszawa with a note „zwrot sklepu”.
  2. Please pack the returned product carefully so that it is not damaged in transit.
  3. We will refund your payment using the same method of payment that was used during the purchase, unless you expressly agree to another way of return that does not incur any costs for you.
  4. We are obliged to refund the payments you made immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your declaration of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, in accordance with §5 of the Shop Regulations. Please note that we may withhold the payment until we have received the Goods or proof of delivery.
  5. You can only return the Goods in an intact condition, they cannot bear any signs of damage or use.
  6. Shipping costs for returned Goods are your responsibility, so please choose a reliable delivery method – you are responsible for the Goods until they reach us.
